Some fun facts about me:

I grew up on a farm and some my earliest memories are playing with ponies, cats, dogs and sheep!

I am the eldest child with one full sister, three half siblings and two step siblings.

I used to work as a Theatre Director before I had my daughter.

As an adult I have always lived in cities: Newcastle, Copenhagen, London and Cologne - but I still crave the green fields and open skies from where I grew up in the Gloucestershire countryside.

I adore animals. Sometimes more than people!

Except birds. Really don’t like birds. It’s the claws.

  • Ich habe leider erst recht spät erfahren das Laura eine Doula ist bzw. was überhaupt eine Doula ist trotzdem stand Laura uns seit dem immer bei Fragen oder Problemen mit einem offenen Ohr und einer Antwort zur Seite. Sie ist eine ganz tolle nette und ich kann sie nur wärmstens empfehlen sollte ich nochmal schwanger werden würde ich von Anfang an mich an sie wenden.

  • We both really enjoyed the course, especially how much it focused on practical approaches to working together through labour. We also did a course with our Hebamme, which was very science-y. Also valuable, but I did leave that one feeling a bit like I had learned to swim from YouTube. Your course felt much more like learning to swim in actual water.

  • Ich bin sehr glücklich, dass Laura mich beim Muttersein unterstützt. Sie kommt regelmäßig zu uns, um sich einige Stunden um unseren Sohn (derzeit 4 Monate) zu kümmern während ich Kraft tanken kann. Sie ist sehr liebevoll und einfühlsam. Unser Sohn sieht sie als weitere Bezugsperson. Nach dem Krafttanken genieße ich total die Zeit mit unseren Sohn. Doch es ist so wichtig diese kurze Erholungszeit zu haben, da Muttersein ein 24 Stunden Job ist. Ich kann Laura absolut empfehlen!
